摘要
目的探讨加速康复外科理念护理对行达芬奇机器人外科手术系统辅助腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治性切除术患者的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年12月在华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院接受达芬奇机器人外科手术系统辅助腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治性切除术的182例患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各91例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上接受加速康复外科理念护理。比较2组患者的术后并发症发生率、术后恢复情况和护理满意率。结果观察组的并发症总发生率为2.20%,显著低于对照组的10.99%(P<0.05)。观察组的首次肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间和首次进食时间均显著早于对照组(P均<0.05),住院天数显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的满意率为97.80%,显著高于对照组的86.81%(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科理念护理可降低行达芬奇机器人外科手术系统辅助腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术患者的并发症发生率,加快其康复进程,并提升护理满意率。
Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery nursing on patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer with the da Vinci surgical system.Methods A total of182patients who underwent robot-assisted laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer with the da Vinci surgical system at Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology from March2019to December2020were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with91cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and patients in the observation group received enhanced recovery after surgery nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative recovery and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was2.20%,which was significantly lower than10.99%in the control group(P<0.05).The time of first anal exhaust,time of first getting out of bed,and time of first food intake in the observation group were significantly earlier than those of the control group(all P<0.05),and the length of hospital stay of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was97.80%,which was significantly higher than86.81%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhanced recovery after surgery nursing can reduce the incidence of complications in patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer with the da Vinci surgical system,accelerate their rehabilitation process,and improve the nursing satisfaction rate.
