摘要
地铁施工涉及专业多,现场点多面广,使得常规安全管理方法难以实现精细化管理,往往导致安全管理事倍功半,致使现场安全管理责任分工不清,真空地带增多。为实现"打通安全生产最后一公里"的管理目标,将施工现场有限的人力资源发挥出最大的管理效果,真正实现将班组成员纳入项目部管理体系中,论文结合作者的地铁项目施工管理经验,对网格化安全管理的思路进行了系统的阐述,并介绍了网格化管理现场用表与实施过程中的激励与惩戒措施。
Metro construction involves many specialties and a wide range of sites,making it difficult for conventional safety management methods to achieve refined management,often resulting in getting half result with twice effort of safety management,and unclear division of on-site safety management responsibilities and increasing vacuum areas.In order to achieve the management goal of“opening up the last mile of safe production”,maximize the management effect of limited human resources on the construction site,and truly incorporate team members into the management system of the project department.This article combines the author’s actual subway project construction management experience,systematically expounded the idea of grid-based safety management,and introduced the on-site metering of grid-based management and the incentive and punishment measures in the implementation process.
