摘要
铁路肩负着助力国家重大战略实施、支撑经济社会发展、满足人民群众出行需求的重要使命,确保铁路运输安全是铁路的工作重心。影响铁路运输安全的因素众多,其中铁路运营环境安全极其重要。我国铁路针对运营环境监测已经建设和应用了相关系统。根据监测对象和应用主体不同,阐述与综合视频、自然灾害、周界入侵、基础设施、接触网状态和列车超视距应用等相关系统的功能和应用情况;从系统自身智能化水平提升、海量视频图像数据价值挖掘和跨系统融合应用3个方面,分析系统智能化发展方向。
Railway shoulders the important responsibility of supporting the implementation of national strategies,promoting economic and social development and meeting the people’s travel needs.Ensuring the safety is the focus of railway transportation.There are many factors affecting the railway safety,among which the safety of railway operation environment is extremely important.China has developed and implemented relevant systems for monitoring the railway operation environment.The paper describes the functions and applications of systems related to integrated video,natural disasters,perimeter intrusion,infrastructure,OCS status,and train beyond-visual-range application based on the various monitoring objects and application subjects.Meanwhile,the paper analyzes the system’s intelligent development direction from three perspectives:the improvement of the system’s intelligent level,the value exploration of massive video image data,and the cross-system fusion application.
