摘要
2022年2月17日,国家级工程“东数西算”正式启动。大数据作为“东数西算”的核心依托,是一切智能化的基础和土壤。在数字经济时代,作为支撑国民经济的基础能源,煤炭行业智能化发展成为传统矿产资源抓住新时代发展机遇的新杠杆。将大数据、云计算、物联网等先进技术有机融合,推进煤炭行业智能化发展,构建成熟的智慧资源系统,实现资源数字化转型,在促进数字中国建设的同时,也成为传统矿产资源产业可持续、高质量发展的必经之路。首先对智能矿山的概念及特征从不同角度进行了梳理,通过系统分析煤炭资源智能矿山建设中“数字鸿沟”与“信息孤岛”现象凸显、智能矿山建设顶层设计匮乏、智能化新技术开发难度大、智能化专业人才队伍薄弱等问题,提出相关对策建议。
On February 17th,2022,the national project“Eastern China’s Data Processing Relying on Western China’s Potential of Computation”was officially started.Big data as the core support of the project are foundation and soil of all intellectualizations.In the age of digital economy,as the basic energy to support national economy,coal industry intellectualized development has proved to be the new lever for traditional mineral resources to grasp new era development opportunities.At the same time of organic integration of big data,cloud computation,internet of things etc advanced techniques,push forward coal industry intellectualized development,establish mature intelligent resource system realize resource digital transformation and promote digitalized China,also become the only way the traditional mineral resources industry sustainable,high-quality development must be passed.The paper has sorted intelligent mine concept and features from different angles first,through systematic analysis for issues of lighlighted“digital gap”and“information islet”phenomena,intelligent mine construction top-level design deficient,demanding intellectualized new technology development,weak intellectualized professional talent team etc in coal resource intelligent mine construction,and then proposed relevant countermeasures and proposals.
