摘要 目的为解决下肢运动障碍的行动不便人士单独一人时,在轮椅上难以使用坐便器如厕的难题,设计了一种电动轮椅.方法提出了一种可如厕电动轮椅结构设计的方案,分析其起立机构的工作原理,并运用Solidworks软件建立了模型.设计了轮椅起立机构的尺寸参数.运用Solidworks软件对起立机构进行了运动学仿真.结果获得运动过程中起立机构各铰链点位移曲线以及连杆的角度曲线.结论起立机构设计合理,方案可行. Objective In order to solve the problem that it was difficult for the disabled with Lower Limb Dyskinesia to use toilet in wheelchair when they were alone,an electric wheelchair was designed.Methods The paper put forward a kind of structure design scheme of toilet electric wheelchair,analyzed the working principle of its lifting mechanism,and established the model with Solidworks.The dimension parameters of the wheelchair’s lifting mechanism were designed.The kinematics simulation of the lifting mechanism was carried out by using Solidworks.Results The displacement curve of each hinge point and the angle curve of connecting rod were obtained.Conclusion The design of the lifting mechanism was reasonable and the scheme was feasible.
