摘要
高职学生创新能力的培养涉及教育教学活动的每个环节,是一个多角度、多层面的系统工程。文章阐述了传统高职实践教学环节在创新能力培养的系统链条中存在的突出问题,并对规章制度、教学方法与手段、师资队伍建设、第二课堂开展、科研项目立项和赛训结合等关联要件进行了系统改革与研究,以期对我国高职实践教学改革提供些许指导。
The cultivation of Higher Vocational Students'innovation ability involves every link of education and teaching activities,which is a multi-angle and multi-level system engineering.This paper expounds the outstanding problems existing in the system chain of innovation ability training in traditional higher vocational practice teaching,and carries out system reform and research from the rules and regulations,teaching methods and means,teaching staff construction,the second classroom development,scientific research project approval and competition training combination,so as to provide some guidance for the reform of Higher Vocational Practice Teaching in China.
