摘要
在社会经济不断发展过程中,社会各行业对人才的需求在不断扩大,因此,在人才培养过程中,如何使其更加符合工匠人才培养的实际需求,这就要求教育工作人员在进行人才培养过程中对工匠人才培养的方案不断进行改进与完善。在教育教学过程中,以立德树人为培养目标,对人才的专业知识水平与综合能力进行培养与提升,对工匠人才培养的顶层设计进行健全,不断提升人才的质量,使其更好地服务于社会。
