摘要
汽车行驶阻力直接影响汽车的燃油经济性,而制动卡钳拖滞力矩对汽车行驶阻力的影响不可忽视,开展降低制动卡钳拖滞力矩的技术研究势在必行。复位弹簧技术对降低制动卡钳拖滞力矩有明显效果,但是其负面效果会导致增大制动空行程,对车辆的制动安全性和舒适性带来负面影响。通过对八字形复位簧结构卡钳的拖滞力矩、需液量和八字形复位簧弹力等关键性能进行试验分析,得出八字形复位簧刚度对上述性能产生显著影响的结论。提出合理的八字形复位簧刚度控制要求,为复位簧的结构设计、制动卡钳需液量的合理控制、实现最佳制动踏板感提供设计依据。
Vehicle running resistance directly affects vehicle fuel economy,and the influence of brake caliper drag torque on vehicle running resistance can not be ignored.It is imperative to carry out technical research on reducing brake caliper drag torque.The reset spring technology has an obvious effect on reducing the drag torque of the brake caliper,but its negative effect will lead to the increase of the braking idle stroke,which will have a negative impact on the braking safety and comfort of the vehicle.Through the experimental analysis of the drag torque,liquid demand and elastic force of the‘八’shaped reset spring caliper,it is concluded that the elastic coefficient of the reset spring has a significant impact on the above performances.The reasonable control requirements for the obstinacy coefficient of the reset spring are put forward,which provides the design basis for the structural design of the reset spring,the liquid demand of the brake caliper and the realization of the best feeling of the brake pedal.
