“两机制一平台双成效”:基于卓越教师成长目标的高校教师教学发展模式探究 被引量:2

“Two Mechanisms,One Platform and Double Effect”:On Teaching Development Mode Aiming at the Growth of Outstanding Teachers

摘要 卓越教师是高校教学高质量发展的重要基础条件之一,培养卓越教师是高校促进教师发展的重要任务。地方高校在资源配置不足、区位劣势、教师教学观念落后的情况下,如何突破困境,强化教师立德树人责任意识,引导教师回归教学,是学校发展的重要工作。昆明理工大学将卓越教师理念融入教师教学发展目标,构建“两机制一平台双成效”教师教学发展模式,不断增强教师职业认同感,以更具前瞻性、实效性、针对性的工作策略,持续更新教师教学观念、提升教师教学能力,形成具有“昆工特色”的教师教学发展质量文化,使教师教学发展步入良性循环,达到教师职业认同、教学能力提升、教学质量提高、学生满意度提升的目标,社会影响不断扩大,有良好的示范推广价值。 Outstanding teachers are one of the most important basic conditions for the high-quality teaching development at colleges and universities.Cultivating outstanding teachers is an important task for colleges and universities to promote the teacher development.Under the conditions of insufficient resource allocation,location disadvantage and backward teaching concept of teachers,it is growing to be an important work for the local colleges and universities to find ways to overcome the difficulties,to strengthen teachers’sense of morality and responsibility,and to guide the teachers returning to the central task of teaching.Kunming University of Science and Technology(KUST)integrates the concept of“outstanding teachers”into the teacher development objectives,constrncts a mode of teacher development,namely,“two mechanisms,one platform and double effect”.Its implementation can continuously enhance teachers’professional identity,updates their teaching thoughts and improves their teaching ability with forward-looking,more effective and targeted work strategies,thus forming a culture of quality teaching development with KUST characteristics.The mode will brng teaching development of the teachers into a virtuous cycle contributing to achieving the objectives of teachers’professional identity,improving their teaching ability,teaching quality,and most importantly,the students^satisfaction with the education.The implementation of the mode will continuously expand the social influence of KUST and has an excellent demonstration and promotion value.
