摘要
教师质量对学生发展的重要影响已经得到广泛认可,通过培养卓越教师来提升教育质量是美国教育政策及实践的重要内容.由于对教师质量一直比较重视,加之国际学生测评项目的启发和多元群体的教育需求,美国提出了'让每位教师都卓越'的目标理念,并且从吸引优秀人才从教、提高准入门槛、加强入职教育、支持在职发展、改善工作环境、提高教师待遇等方面进行诸多尝试及努力.这对我国如何吸引、培养和留住优秀人才从教、鼓励教师终身从教、打造卓越教师队伍、提升教育质量具有一定的借鉴意义.
The importance of teacher quality on student development has been widely recognized,and it is an important part of American education policy and practice to improve the quality of education by cultivating outstanding teachers.Realizing the importance of teacher quality,inspired by the Program for International Students Assessment(PISA),and for the needs of diverse student groups,the United States has been made many attempts and efforts to make every teacher excellent,such as attracting talents to teach,improving the access thresholds,strengthening induction program,supporting in-service teacher development,improving the working environment,and raising teachers’salary.This has certain reference significance for how to attract,cultivate and retain excellent talents in China,as well as encouraging teachers to teach for life,building an excellent teacher team,and improving the quality of education.
