摘要
在信息化、全球化以及当代教育和社会危机的影响下,社会发展的落脚点回归到人的身上,随着“大众创业、万众创新”号召的提出,高等教育的重点由单一的专业能力培养和素质教育转为创新人才的培养。为此,基于“双创”背景和创新活动机制的透视,对新时代的创新人才观进行分析,从而明晰我国新时代高等教育的人才培养目标。
Under the influence of informatization,globalization,contemporary education and social crises,the foothold of social development has returned to people.As a result,with the call for “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” put forward,the focus of our country’s higher education has changed from the single professional ability training and quality education to the cultivation of innovative talents.Therefore,based on the perspective of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” background and innovation mechanism,the concept of a new era of creative talents analyzed to clear a new era of higher education personnel training objectives.
