摘要
针对2500型压裂车的异常振动问题,采用数值模拟和振动测试的方法对压裂车整车的模态进行分析,得到整车的模态参数和振动特性。分析了引起压裂车异常振动的主要原因。压裂车的模态振型以上下跳动和左右摆动为主,试验测试与仿真得到的车架振型及车身固有频率基本一致。压裂泵第3挡和4挡的工作频率与车身第4、5阶模态频率接近,可能引起整车的异常振动。
Aiming at the abnormal vibration of 2500 type fracturing truck,taking the means of numerical simulation and vibration experiment to analyze the modal of the whole fracturing truck,the modal parameters and vibration characteristics of the whole fracturing truck were obtained.The main causes of abnormal vibration of fracturing truck were analyzed.The modal vibration of fracturing truck is mainly bouncing up and down and swinging left and right.The frame vibration shape and body natural frequency obtained by simulation are basically consistent with the result of experiment.The working frequency of the third and fourth gears of the fracturing pump is close to the modal frequency of the fourth and fifth order of the fracturing truck bady,which may cause abnormal vibration of the whole vehicle.
