摘要
重型自卸车车架受载状况复杂,其变形严重影响汽车的安全性、可靠性。在CATIA中建立K36重型自卸汽车车架几何模型,并运用HyperMesh软件转化为有限元模型。同时提出了多层板结构的建模及连接关系处理方法,利用ANSYS对满载时弯曲和扭转工况进行了静力学分析和模态分析,分析结果与《中国重汽——关于车架底盘件质量问题的报告》中反馈的横梁开裂问题相吻合。合理改进车架结构,对提升车架质量有重要的理论意义和工程应用价值。
As the loading condition of heavy dump vehicle's frame is complicated,its deformation affects the whole vehicle's safety and reliability seriously.The geometrical model of the K36 heavy dump vehicle's frame is established with CATIA software,and then converted into FEM by using HyperMesh software.The modeling of sandwich plate structure and the treatment method for connection relationship was also presented.The static analysis and model analysis in bending and torsion conditions at full load were carried out by using ANSYS.The analysis result is corresponding to the cross member cracking problem feedback in the "CNHTC-The Report on Vehicle Chassis Quality Problems".Reasonable improving frame structure has significant meaning and engineering application value for raising the quality of the frame.
