摘要
矿井建设井巷施工经常会遇到断层破碎带,甚至更为复杂的地质构造,施工中易造成大面积冒顶。为保证施工安全,减少支护成本,采用注浆充填冒顶区和岩层裂隙,胶结破碎围岩,达到改善围岩条件,提高围岩自承力,以实现安全施工目的。朱仙庄煤矿Ⅱ_3进风行人下山施工时,遇断层且大量煤体冒落,采用注浆法施工顺利通过冒落带,取得了良好的支护效果和经济效益。
A fault broken zone, even more complicated geological structures were always occurred in the mine construction and would cause large roof falling accidents in the mine construction. In order to ensure safety construction and to reduce support cost, the grouting method was applied to fill the roof falling area and the rock fissures and to bind the broken surrounding rocks in order to improve the sur- rounding rock conditions and to improve the self loading capacity of the surrounding rocks for the safety construction purpose. During the construction of the II3 air income and walk downward gateway in Zhuxianzhuang Mine, a geological fault with large coal fallings occurred. The grouting method was successfully applied to pass the roof falling zone with good support results and economic benfits.
