摘要
目的:探讨社会化理论视角下服务模式对多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者心理弹性、应对方式及幸福感的影响。方法:选取90例MM患者作为研究对象,按照护理方法不同分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=47)。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予社会化理论视角下护理服务。比较两组患者心理弹性、应对方式、社会支持水平及幸福感。结果:干预后,观察组患者乐观型、坚韧性、力量性评分、社会支持水、平组面对评分、对情感和行为控制、对生活满足与兴趣、精力、忧郁或愉快心境、松弛与紧张、对健康的担心评分高于对照组(P<0.05);屈服、回避评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对MM患者实施社会化理论视角下服务干预可有效改善其心理弹性水平及应对方式,提高患者社会支持水平,促进患者幸福感提升。
Objective:To investigate the effect of service mode from the perspective of socialization theory on psychological resilience,coping styles and well-being of patients with multiple myeloma(MM).Methods:90 patients with MM were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=47)according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given nursing mode from the perspective of socialization theory.The psychological resilience,coping styles,social support level and well-being of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of optimism,tenacity and strength,social support level,facing score,control of emotions and behaviors,satisfaction and interest in life,energy,melancholy or happy mood,relaxation and tension,and concerns about health of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The yielding and avoidance scores were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:Service intervention from the perspective of socialization theory can effectively improve psychological resilience level and coping styles,improve social support level and promote well-being of patients with MM.
