摘要
目的了解当代大学生心理韧性和主观幸福感的现状及二者的关系,结合研究结果对提升大学生主观幸福感给出更有针对性的教育建议。方法采取方便抽样的方法,以问卷调查形式对929名在校大学生的心理韧性和主观幸福感进行调查,分析其各项指标在人口学变量上的差异,并通过回归分析来探索大学生心理韧性对主观幸福感的预测作用。结果大学生的幸福感总体水平处于中等水平[M(男)=74.38,M(女)=75.89,常模分别为75和71],并且在性别变量上差异有统计学意义(P=0.01);大学生的心理韧性处于中等偏上水平(M=86.59,均值为81),在来源地变量上城镇和农村差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);大学生主观幸福感和心理韧性存在非常显著的相关(r=0.038,P<0.01);以心理韧性各维度为预测变量,主观幸福感为因变量进行回归分析,心理韧性中的目标专注、家庭支持、积极认知三个因子对大学生的主观幸福感有非常显著的预测作用(R^2=0.132、0.155、0.164,P<0.01)。结论大学生总体幸福感和心理韧性水平都有很大的提升空间,二者相关关系明显,可从引导大学生确定目标、家庭支持、积极认知的角度提升其主观幸福感。
Objective To understand the relationship between resilience and subjective well-being among college students,and to provide targeted education suggestions for improving the subjective well-being of college students.Methods By convenient sampling method,929 college students were investigated on psychological resilience and subjective well-being by questionnaire.The differences of each index in demographic variables were analyzed,and the prediction effect of psychological resilience on subjective well-being of college students was explored through regression analysis.Results The overall level of happiness of college students was in the middle level[M(male)=74.38,M(female)=75.89,norm 75 and71,respectively],and there were significant differences in gender variables(P=0.01).The resilience of college students was in the upper middle level(M=86.59,mean 81),and there were significant differences in source variables(P<0.01).There was a significant correlation between subjective well-being and resilience(r=0.038,P<0.01).Regression analysis was carried out with each dimension of psychological resilience as the prediction variable and subjective well-being as the dependent variable.Three factors of psychological resilience(goal focus,family support and positive cognition)had significant predictive effect on the subjective well-being of college students(R^2=0.132,0.155,0.164,P<0.01).Conclusion The overall well-being and psychological resilience of college students need to be improved.And the correlation between them was obvious,which can improve their subjective well-being from the perspective of guiding college students to determine goals,family support and positive cognition.
