摘要
吉马酮是莪术中重要活性成分,现多从莪术油中提取分离。吉马酮具有广泛的药理活性,近年来成为研究的热点,国内外学者对其作用机制进行了深层次研究。综述吉马酮的抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒、抗氧化、神经保护作用、调节糖脂代谢、抗菌、抗纤维化作用及其机制的研究进展,以期为其更深入的开发研究和更好的应用于临床提供借鉴意义。
Germacrone is an important active component in Curcuma zedoaria, and it is mostly extracted and separated from C.zedoaria oil. Germacrone has a wide range of pharmacological activities, and becomes a research hotspot in recent years. Scholars at home and abroad have verified its extensive pharmacological activities and deeply analyzed its mechanism of action. This article summarizes the research progress on the anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, antioxidant, neuroprotective, glucose-lipid metabolism, anti-bacterial, anti-fibrotic effects and its mechanisms of gemmarone, to provide reference for deeper research and better clinical use.
