摘要
目的:研究乙胺丁醇所致药物不良反应(ADRs)的规律和特点。方法:检索 2000年1月至2021年6月中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science 数据库有关乙胺丁醇药物不良反应的个案报道,按照纳入与排除标准筛选文献,进行统计分析。结果:乙胺丁醇ADRs个案报道共85篇,其中中文文献54篇,英文文献31篇,共92例病例;主要累及的系统器官为中枢神经系统、皮肤及其附件、血液系统等,其中视神经病变、皮疹等是常见的临床表现,也有过敏性休克等严重不良反应的报道;78例患者经停药和/或停药后对症治疗,症状好转或康复,12例患者症状未改善,2 例患者死亡。结论:临床上应重视乙胺丁醇的药物不良反应,提升用药监护意识,确保患者用药安全。
Objective:To study the rules and characteristics of adverse drug reactions induced by ethambutol.Methods:Based on the case reports on adverse reactions of ethambutol in CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP Database,PubMed,Embase and Web of Science from January 2000 to June 2021,and literatures were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria for statistical analysis.Results:A total of 85 cases of ethambutol ADRs were reported,including 54 in Chinese and 31 in English,with 92 cases in total.The main system organs involved were central nervous system,skin and its accessories,blood circulatory system,etc.Optic neuropathy and rash were the most common clinical manifestations,and allergic shock and other serious adverse reactions have also been reported.The symptoms of 78 patients improved or recovered after drug discontinuation and/or symptomatic treatment,symptoms did not improve in 12 patients and 2 patients died.Conclusion:Need to pay attention to the adverse reaction of ethambutol in the clinical,enhance the awareness of medication monitoring and ensure the safety of medication for patients.
