摘要
左新河教授从事甲状腺相关疾病临床、教学、科研工作多年。左教授认为甲状腺病起于情志不遂,以气滞、痰凝、瘀滞、湿壅为标,病变以肝脾为主。角药是介于单药和方剂之间的药组,由3味中药组成,配伍具有深远意义。左教授在临床治疗甲状腺结节时巧用角药,列举疏肝理气、破气解郁、清痰散结、化痰散结、破血逐瘀、破血行气、健脾利水、健脾化痰、软坚散结、益气养阴、解毒散结11对常用角药。本文总结了左教授治疗甲状腺结节的角药配伍特色,以供参考借鉴。
Professor Zuo Xinhe has been engaged in the clinical,teaching,and scientific research of thyroid disease for many years.Professor Zuo thinks that thyroid disease results from emotional dysfunction,qi stagnation,spittoon coagulation,stasis and stagnant,wet obstruction as the standard,mainly liver and spleen lesions.Triplet herbs is a drug group between single medicine and prescription agent,composes of three traditional Chinese medicine,and compatibility of drugs has profound significance.Professor Zuo uses triplet herbs opportunely when treating thyroid nodule in clinic,and listes 11 pairs of commonly used triplet herbs,such as soothing liver and regulating qi,breaking qi and releasing stagnation,cleaning phlegm and dissipating bind,resolving phlegm and dissipating bind,breaking blood to move stasis,breaking blood and moving qi,fortifying the spleen and disinhibiting water,fortifying the spleen and resolving phlegm,softening hardness and dissipating bind,replenishing qi and enriching yin,removing toxin and dissipating bind.This paper summarizes the characteristics of triplet herbs compatibility of Professo Zuo in the treatment of thyroid nodules for reference.
