摘要
建立小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚的溶出度测定方法。采用Xbridge C;色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm);流动相为0.2%磷酸水-乙腈(梯度洗脱);柱温30℃;流速1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长244 nm。桨法,转速50 r·min^(-1),取样时间30 min,以稀盐酸24 mL加水至1000 mL为溶出介质,对乙酰氨基酚的线性范围为4.04~12.13μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.27%(RSD为0.18%)。该方法灵敏度高度高、准确可靠,能够用于测定小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚的溶出度。
A method for determining dissolution rate of Pediatric Paracetamol, Atificial Cow-bezoar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Granules was established. The analysis was performed on Xbridge C;(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase was 0.2% phosphate acid-acetonitrile with gradient elution, flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1), detection wavelength was set at 244 nm, and column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Paddle method was adopted in the determination, dissolution medium was 0.2% hydrochloric acid(1000 mL), rotating speed was 50 r·min^(-1),and sampling time was 30 min. The linear ranges of Paracetamol were 4.04~12.13 μg·mL^(-1)with average recoveries of 99.27%(RSD was 0.18%). The established dissolution curve testing method is sensitive and reliable, which can be used for the detection of dissolution of Pediatric Paracetamol, Atificial Cow-bezoar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Granules.
