摘要
目的对山茱萸种苗进行质量分级研究。方法观察并测量一年生山茱萸种苗的苗高、地径、主根长、侧根长和芽数或侧枝数等主要农艺性状,分别采用种苗参数K-聚类分析法、主成分评价结合K-聚类分析法和标准差法对500株山茱萸种苗进行质量分级,通过评价移栽后存活率选择最适分级方法,制定山茱萸种苗分级标准。结果种苗参数直接K-聚类分析方法为山茱萸种苗质量分级最适方法,山茱萸种苗可分为特等种苗、Ⅰ等种苗和Ⅱ等种苗。其中特等种苗的苗高≥80 cm、地径≥7.18 mm、主根长≥16 cm、侧根长≥13 cm、芽数或分枝数≥11对;Ⅰ等种苗的苗高60~80 cm、地径5.63~7.18 mm、主根长14~16 cm、侧根长10~13 cm、芽数或分枝数8~11对;Ⅱ等种苗苗高为40~60 cm、地径3.71~5.63 mm、主根长8~14 cm、侧根长5~10 cm、芽数或分枝数为5~8对,其中应以苗高、地径、芽数或分枝数为主要参考性状,主根长和侧根长为辅助参考依据。结论初步建立了山茱萸种苗的质量分级标准,便于生产实践应用,为山茱萸药材的标准化生产提供科学依据与指导。
Objective In order to study the quality of Cornus officinalis seedlings and establish the grading standard.Methods Observing and measuring the main agronomic indexes of annual Cornus officinalis seedlings,such as seedling height,ground diameter,main root length,lateral root length,bud number or lateral branch number.Grading the quality of 500 Cornus officinalis seedlings respectively by using seedling parameter K-cluster analysis,principal component evaluation factor K-cluster analysis and standard deviation method.Then the most suitable grading method was selected by evaluating the survival rate of Cornus officinalis seedlings after transplanting,and finally the standard for grading seedlings of Cornus officinalis was established.Results The direct K-cluster analysis method was used to determine the quality of Cornus officinalis seedlings as the most suitable method.The seedlings of Cornus officinalis were divided into 3 grades.Among them,the height of super seedling≥80 cm,the diameter of ground is≥7.18 mm,the length of main root is≥16 cm,the length of lateral root is≥13 cm,the number of buds or branches is≥11.The height of the first-class seedlings is 60~80 cm,the ground diameter is 5.63~7.18 mm,the length of the main root is 14~16 cm,the length of the lateral root is 10~13 cm,and the number of buds or branches is 8~11;The second-class seedlings are 40~60 cm in height,3.71~5.63 mm in diameter,8~14 cm in length of main root,5~10 cm in length of lateral root,5~8 in number of buds or branches.Seedling height,ground diameter,bud number or branch number should be taken as the main reference characters,and the length of the main root and the lateral root length should be used as an auxiliary reference.Conclusion The quality grading standard of Cornus officinalis seedlings was preliminarily established,which was convenient for production practice and application,and provided scientific basis and guidance for the standardized production of Cornus officinalis.
