摘要
为建立茶树容器苗质量分级标准,观察并测量7月龄茶树种苗的苗高、茎粗、着叶数等质量指标,分别采用平均值±标准差、K-均值聚类、逐步聚类、主成分分析K-均值聚类法进行质量分级,以不同级别种苗成活率为指标评价不同分级方法。结果表明,聚类法比平均数±标准差法更适宜茶树容器苗质量分级,综合不同方法分析结果,初步制定茶树容器苗质量分级标准,其中,Ⅰ级苗:苗高≥13.0 cm,茎粗≥1.70 mm,着叶数≥7片;Ⅱ级苗:13.0 cm>苗高≥10.0 cm,1.70>茎粗≥1.50 mm,7片>着叶数≥5片。
To establish the quality grading standard of tea(Camellia sinensis)container cottage seedings,seeding height,stem diameter and leaf number of 7-month-old Camellia sinensis container cottage seedings were observed and measured.The mean±standard deviation,K-means clustering,stepwise clustering and principal component evaluation factor K-means clustering were used to classify the quality.The different classification methods were evaluated with different levels of seedling survival rate as indicators.The results showed that the clustering method was more suitable for the quality classification of Camellia sinensis container seedlings than the mean±standard deviation method.Based on the results of different analysis methods,the quality grading standard of tea container cutting seedlings was preliminarily formulated.The standard for gradeⅠ:seedling height≥13.0 cm,stem diameter≥1.70 mm,leaf number≥7.0;gradeⅡ:10.0 cm≤seedling height<13.0 cm,1.50 mm≤stem diameter<1.70 mm,5≤leaf number<7.0.
