Application of BIM in the Upgrading and Reconstruction Project of Hefei No.6 Waterworks

摘要 合肥市第六水厂提升改造工程包含30×10^(4)m^(3)/d常规处理扩建及90×10^(4)m^(3)/d深度处理,具有工程体量大、单体数量多、处理工艺复杂等特点。该工程依托Revit平台,利用BIM技术提供了可视化模型成果。通过碰撞检查、虚拟漫游、设备管理等功能实现水厂的高质量建造、优化设计、减少变更返工等情况,并为后续水厂智慧运管打下基础。依托BIM模型展示平台,使用网址或二维码实现对BIM模型的简单快捷访问,进一步拓展了BIM模型的使用场景。在该工程中,BIM技术的利用提升了工程实施质量及信息化集成水平,可为同类工程提供参考。 The upgrading and reconstruction project of No.6 Waterworks in Hefei includes 30×10^(4)m^(3)/d conventional treatment expansion and 90×10^(4)m^(3)/d advanced treatment. It is characterized by large project volume, large number of structures and complex treatment process. Based on the Revit platform,Building Information Modeling(BIM) provides visual model results of the reconstruction project. Through collision detection, virtual roaming, equipment management and other functions, it realizes high-quality construction, design optimization, modification and rework reduction, which lays a foundation for subsequent intelligent operation and management of the waterworks. Based on the BIM model display platform, BIM model could be easily accessed by website or QR code, which further expands the successful application scenarios of BIM. In this project, the use of BIM improves the quality of project implementation and the level of information integration, which can provide reference for similar projects.
