摘要
OBE作为一种先进的教学模式,在国外许多高校已经形成专业的教育体系。但在国内“大众创业,万众创新”这一时代背景下,我国大多数高校对OBE教育模式的应用仍存在许多不足,导致高校毕业生面对巨大的就业压力时,缺乏实践应用能力,更没有创新的思维和创业的勇气。该文针对OBE理念的先进性,对高校动物医学专业教学模式提出了改革意见,以期为高校培养复合型人才提供参考。
OBE,as an advanced teaching mode,has formed a professional education system in many foreign universi⁃ties.However,under the background of“mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation”,there are still many deficiencies in the application of OBE education mode in most colleges and universities in China,which leads to the lack of practical application ability,innovative thinking and entrepreneurial courage of college graduates in the face of huge em⁃ployment pressure.Aiming at the advanced nature of OBE,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the reform of teaching mode of animal medicine specialty in colleges and universities,in order to provide reference for training compound talents in colleges and universities.
