低水位运行后沙河水库浮游生物群落空间分布特征及富营养化评价 被引量:13

Spatial distribution of plankton community in Shahe Reservoir and eutrophication assessment after low water level operation

摘要 沙河水库是北运河上游的关键节点,2018年实施低水位运行后水质逐步改善.本研究于2020年10月对低水位运行后沙河水库浮游生物的空间分布特征展开研究,结合历史报道数据与本次监测数据,对比分析了低水位运行前后沙河水库浮游生物群落演变状况,并开展了低水位运行后库区富营养化状况评价.结果表明,库区共检测出浮游植物6门62属105种,主要为绿藻门(Chlorophyta)、蓝藻门(Cyanophyta)和硅藻门(Bacillariophyta),浮游植物群落存在显著的空间分布差异,库区中心浮游植物群落结构相对丰富及均匀,而岸边群落结构相对单一,蓝藻门占绝对优势.浮游动物4类41种,主要为轮虫类(Rotifera),占比高达85.48%,在空间分布上,库区中心呈现以轮虫类为主的单一结构形式,岸边则以枝角类和轮虫类为主.2006—2020年浮游动植物群落结构变化表明,低水位运行后,沙河水库浮游生物丰度下降,种类增多,表明水体污染和富营养化程度不断下降.然而,富营养化评价结果显示现阶段库区整体仍处于中度富营养状态. The Shahe Reservoir is a key node for the upper stream of the North Canal.The water quality has been gradually improved with the low-water operation started from 2018.In this study,the spatial distribution of planktons in Shahe Reservoir after low-water operation were studied in October2020.Combined with the previously reported data and the monitoring results in this study,the evolution of the plankton community during the lowwater operation was investigated,and the current eutrophication status was assessed.The results showed that a total of 105 species within 62 genera and6 phyla of phytoplankton were present in the reservoir,which were mainly Chlorophyta,Cyanophyta and Bacillariophyta.The spatial distribution of the phytoplankton community is significant,being relatively rich and homoneneous in the center while being identical in the riparian area withcyanobacteria being the dominant species.41 species of zooplankton within 4 categories were observed with Rotifera being the main species,accounting for 85.48%.Spatially,the center area presented a single structure dominated by Rotifer,while the riparian area is dominated by both cladoceras and rotifers.After the low-water operation,the abundance of plankton species in Shahe reservoir decreased with increased richness,indicating the reduction of water pollution and eutrophication.However,the eutrophication assessment shows that Shahe reservior is currently still in a moderate eutrophication state.
