内蒙古三水库浮游生物群落结构特征及鱼产力估算 被引量:1

Community Structure Characteristics of Plankton and Estimation of Fish Productivity in Three Reservoirs in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

摘要 于2018年5月和9月,在内蒙古自治区达林台水库、白音花水库和山湾子水库设置6个采样点,按规范方法研究3个水库浮游生物群落结构,估算水库的鱼产力。结果表明:在达林台、白音花和山湾子水库中分别鉴定出52、68和57个浮游植物种属,绿藻门种类最多,浮游植物密度分别为3445.37×10^(4)ind./L、1552.40×10^(4)ind./L和1126.60×10^(4)ind./L,生物量分别为13.62 mg/L、5.82 mg/L和11.97 mg/L;三水库分别有21、22和25个种属的浮游动物,轮虫种类最多;浮游动物密度分别为3090.10 ind./L、4522.93 ind./L和4760.25 ind./L,生物量分别为4.10 mg/L、7.67 mg/L和1.87 mg/L;达林台水库、白音花水库和山湾子水库浮游生物提供的鱼产力分别为164.07 kg/hm^(2)、200.77 kg/hm^(2)和80.72 kg/hm^(2)。浮游植物和浮游动物的Margalef指数(d)、Shannon-Wiener指数(H)和Pielou指数(J)显示,三个水库污染程度均较低,白音花水库与山湾子水库为轻污染,而达林台水库有向中污染类型加剧的趋势。白音花水库和山湾子水库实际产鱼与估算值相差较小,达林台水库还有一定的饵料利用空间,可以适当加大鲢Hypophthalmichthys molitrix和鳙Aristichthys nobilis的放养量,调整放养比例,防止水库进一步污染,同时增大鱼类产量。 Plankton community structure was surveyed at 6 samp d biomass of 5.82 mg/L of phytoplankton in Baiyinhua Reservoir and57 species/genera,density of 1,126.60×10^(4)ind./L,and biomass of 11.97 mg/L of phytoplankton in Shanwanzi Reservoir,with the maximal abundant species in Chlorophyta.A total of 21 species/genera of zooplankton were identified,with density of 3,090.10 ind./L,and biomass of 4.10 mg/L,in Dalintai Reservoir,22 species/genera of zooplankton,with density of 4,522.93 ind./L,and biomass of 7.67 mg/L,in Baiyinhua Reservoir and 25 species/genera of zooplankton,with density of 4,760.25 ind./L,and biomass of 1.87 mg/L in Shanwanzi Reservoir,with the most abundant species of rotifers.The fish productivity provided by plankton was found to be 164.07kg/hm^(2)in Dalintai Reservoir,200.77 kg/hm^(2)in Baiyinhua Reservoir and 80.72 kg/hm^(2)in Shanwanzi Reservoir.The Margalef index(d),Shannon-Wiener index(H)and Pielou index(J)of phytoplankton and zooplankton revealed that the three reservoirs were the low pollution,with mild pollution in Baiyinhua reservoir and Shanwanzi reservoir,and the trend of the moderate pollution in Dalintai reservoir.There was little difference between the actual fish yield and the estimated value in Baiyinhua reservoir and Shanwanzi reservoir,and there was certain space for food organism utilization in Dalintai reservoir.Therefore,the stocking ratio of silver carp(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)and bighead carp(Aristichthys nobilis)is adjusted appropriately to prevent further pollution in the reservoir and increase fish yield.
