摘要
目的:了解医疗机构性病规范化诊疗现状,提高性病规范化诊疗水平。方法 :现场调查临沂市42个性病诊疗机构的工作开展情况,对业务人员进行性病知识测试。结果:42个医疗机构,性病知识测试平均得分(71.25±4.05)分,皮防机构得分最高;36个(85.71%)门诊规章制度健全,33个(78.57%)实验室规章制度健全。41个(97.62%)开展梅毒旋体血清学试验和非梅毒螺旋体血清学试验,32个(76.19%)有苄星青霉素,32个(76.19%)未开展淋球菌培养,35个(83.33%)开展性病门诊干预服务。结论:梅毒实验室检测项目开展齐全,淋球菌培养开展不力,医疗机构性病规范化诊疗水平有待于提高。
Objective: To understand the current situation of standardized diagnosis and treatment of venereal disease in medical institutions, and improve the standardized diagnosis and treatment level of venereal disease. Methods: On-site investigation was performed among 42 diagnosis and treatment institutions for venereal disease in Linyi City, the venereal disease knowledge of business personnel was tested. Results: In the 42 medical institutions, the mean score of the venereal disease knowledge test was(71.25±4.05) points, the dermatology venereal disease preventive institutions had the highest score;36(85.71%) institutions had perfect outpatient rules and regulations, 33(78.57%) institutions had perfect laboratory rules and regulations. 41(97.62%)institutions conducted non-microspironema pallidum serological tests and microspironema pallidum serological tests, 32(76.19%)institutions conducted benzathine benzylpenicillin test, 32(76.19%) institutions had no gonococcal culture, 35(83.33%)institutions provided outpatient intervention services of venereal disease. Conclusion: The syphilis laboratory testing projects have been fully carried out, gonococcal culture was poorly developed, the standardized diagnosis and treatment level of venereal diseases in medical institutions needs to be improved.
