摘要
电子束熔覆作为一种高性能材料表面改性技术,发展前景广阔。结合电子束熔覆的原理及特点,总结出影响电子束熔覆层质量的主要因素有电子束流、扫描速度及束斑直径等。介绍了这些工艺参数对熔覆层表面形貌、厚度、硬度及温度场的具体影响;归纳了三种工艺参数优化方法的优缺点;阐述正交试验法应用到电子束熔覆的优越性;指出了电子束熔覆工艺参数研究目前存在的问题及未来发展方向。
Electron beam cladding, as a high-performance material surface modification technology, has broad development prospects. Combined with the principle and characteristics of electron beam cladding, the main factors affecting the quality of the electron beam cladding layer were summarized as electron beam current, scanning speed and beam spot diameter. The specific effects of these process parameters on the surface morphology, thickness, hardness and temperature field of the cladding layer were introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the three process parameter optimization methods were summarized, and the advantages of orthogonal test method applied to electron beam cladding were described.The present problems and future prospects of electron beam cladding process parameters were pointed out.
