Q235钢表面CMT电弧熔覆镍基合金复合板的组织与性能研究 被引量:5

Microstructure and Properties of Q235 Steel and Nickle Based Superalloy Composite Board Fabricated by CMT Arc Cladding

摘要 采用冷金属过渡技术(CMT)在Q235钢表面熔覆镍基GH4169合金实现了复合板的制备,研究了热处理前后熔覆层、基材以及熔合线附近的组织形貌与复合板力学性能。试验结果表明:CMT电弧熔覆对基材Q235钢的热影响较小,当熔覆电流为370 A时,镍基合金层与Q235钢基材为冶金结合,无宏观缺陷。经过分级热处理之后,Q235钢晶粒中出现了片状马氏体组织,GH4169合金中Laves相也从长条状变成了颗粒状;基材硬度从154 HV提高到172 HV,GH4169熔覆层的硬度由240 HV提高到422 HV,试样的冲击功也由32 J提升到55 J。 In this study,Cold Metal Transfer Technology was used to cladding GH4169 alloy on the surface of Q235 steel.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the cladding layer,substrate and near the fusion line before and after heat treatment of composite plates were studied.The test results show that when the welding current is 370 A,GH4169 has good metallurgical combination with Q235 without macroscopic defects.After the graded heat treatment,lamellar martensite structure appears in grain Q235,and Laves phase changes from long strip to granular in GH4169.The microhardness of the substrate increases from 154 HV to 172 HV.The microhardness of GH4169 cladding layer increases from 240 HV to 422 HV,and the impact energy of the sample also increases from 32 J to 55 J.
