摘要
目的:探究体质弱势大学生身体活动和学习倦怠之间的内在关系,同时考察心理弹性对两者产生的中介效应。方法:采用《体育活动等级量表》《学习倦怠量表》与《心理弹性量表》对395名体制弱势大学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)体质弱势大学生在心理弹性水平与“成就感低”维度两者上有显著性别差异(P<0.05);(2)小运动量学生的学习倦怠得分与心理弹性得分均高于中、大运动量(P<0.05);(3)心理弹性水平在运动量与学习倦怠间中起中介作用。结论:体质弱势大学生的运动量与学习倦怠没有直接效应,但是身体活动可通过提高体质弱势大学生心理弹性水平,从而间接降低学习倦怠。
Objective:To explore the internal relationship between physical activity and learning burnout in physically disadvantaged college students,and to investigate the mediating role of mental resilience between them.Methods:the“sports rating scale”,“learning burnout scale”and“mental resilience scale”were used to survey 395 physically disadvantaged students.Results:1)the physically disadvantaged students showed significant gender difference in the learning burnout and“low sense of achievement”dimension(P<0.05);2)The scores of learning burnout and mental resilience of students with light exercise were higher than those with medium and intense exercise(P<0.05);3)Psychological resilience played a mediating role in the relationship between the amount of exercise and learning burnout.Conclusion:There is no direct correlation between physical activity and learning burnout,but physical activity can indirectly reduce learning burnout by improving the mental resilience level of physically disadvantaged college students.
