姜黄素对罗曼粉壳蛋鸡产蛋性能和卵巢结构及功能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Curcumin on the Egg-laying Performance,Ovarian Structure and Function of Roman Pink-shell Laying Hens

摘要 [目的]探讨日粮中添加不同剂量的姜黄素对罗曼粉壳蛋鸡产蛋性能以及卵巢结构和功能的影响。[方法]选取体重相近、健康、生产性能相近的29周龄罗曼粉壳蛋鸡144只,随机分为对照组(NC)和3个处理组(NT1、NT2、NT3),对照组饲喂基础日粮,各处理组在基础日粮的基础上,分别添加50、150和200 mg/kg姜黄素,温度保持在(25±2)℃,相对湿度均保持在65%~80%,分析姜黄素对罗曼粉壳蛋鸡产蛋性能、卵巢结构与卵泡发育以及卵巢组织生殖激素水平的影响。[结果]在产蛋性能方面,与对照组(NC)相比,各处理组(NT1、NT2、NT3)日均采食量、产蛋率、平均蛋重、蛋破损率均无显著差异(P>0.05);在卵巢结构和卵泡发育方面,与对照组相比,各处理组蛋鸡卵巢组织形态未见异常,NT2组的小白卵泡(SWF)数提高了35.64%(P<0.05);在卵巢组织生殖激素方面,NT3组的促卵泡生成素(FSH)和雌二醇(E_(2))含量与NC组相比分别提高了21.11%(P<0.05)和7.44%(P<0.05),NT2组和NT3组的孕酮(P_(4))含量与NC组相比分别提高了9.36%(P<0.05)和10.89%(P<0.05)。[结论]日粮中添加姜黄素可以改善罗曼粉壳蛋鸡的卵泡发育,显著提高卵巢组织FSH、E_(2)、P_(4)的含量,但对蛋鸡产蛋性能并无显著影响。 [Objective]To investigate the effects of different doses of curcumin on the laying performance,ovarian structure and function of Roman pink-shell laying hens.[Method]14429-week-age Roman pink-shell laying performance with similar body weight,health and similar production performance were selected and randomly divided into control group(NC)and three treatment groups(NT1 and NT2,NT3).The laying hens in control group were fed with the based diet,and the laying hens in three treatment groups(NT1 and NT2,NT3)were fed with the diet with adding 50,150,200 mg/kg curcumin in the basal diet.The temperature was kept at(25±2)℃,and the relative humidity in each group was maintained at 65%-80%.The effects of curcumin on the laying performance,ovarian structure and follicle development,reproductive hormones in ovarian tissues of Roman pink-shell laying hens were studied.[Result]In terms of production performance,there was no significant differences in average daily feed intake,laying rate,average egg weight and egg’s breakage rate between treatment groups(NT1,NT2,NT3)and control group(NC)(P>0.05).In terms of ovarian structure and follicle development,there was no abnormality in the morphology of ovarian tissues in laying hens in the treatment groups,compared with control group.Compared with control group,the number of SWF in NT2 group increased by 35.64%(P<0.05).In terms of reproductive hormones in ovarian tissues,compared with control group,the contents of FSH and E_(2) in NT3 group significantly increased by 21.11%(P<0.05)and 7.44%(P<0.05)respectively,P_(4) content in NT2 group and NT3 group significantly increased by 9.36%(P<0.05)and 10.89%(P<0.05)respectively.[Conclusion]Adding curcumin in the diet could improve the follicle development,significantly increase the contents of FSH,E_(2) and P_(4) in ovarian tissues of laying hens,but it had no significant effect on the laying performance of laying hens.
