摘要
目的:分析308 nm准分子光联合毫火针治疗眼睑处白癜风的临床疗效。方法:前瞻性入选2018年9月-2020年8月笔者医院就诊的62例眼睑处白癜风患者为研究对象,遵循自身对照原则,对照组采取308 nm准分子光照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用毫火针治疗。比较两组皮损治疗前后的白斑面积,比较治疗后两组间的复色率、临床疗效以及总满意度。结果:治疗前,两组皮损白斑面积比较无明显差异;治疗后4、8、12周,观察组白斑面积均显著小于对照组,观察组复色率均大于对照组;治疗结束后,观察组皮损显效率高于对照组(58.06%vs.35.48%),有效率也高于对照组(91.94%vs.77.42%),观察组总满意度(91.93%)高于对照组(79.03%),以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:308 nm准分子光联合毫火针治疗眼睑处白癜风临床疗效更加显著,且未明显增加不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of 308 nm excimer laser combined with filiform fire needle in the treatment of vitiligo at the eyelid.Methods A total of 62 patients with vitiligo on eyelids who visited our hospital from September 2018 to August 2020 were prospectively enrolled.This study followed the principle of self-control,the control group was treated with 308 nm excimer laser irradiation.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with filiform fire needle.The leukoplakia area before and after treatment was compared between the two groups,and the repigmentation rate,clinical efficacy,and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results At 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment,the area of leukoplakia in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,and the repigmentation in the observation group was greater than that in the control group.After the end of treatment,the markedly effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(58.06%vs.35.48%),and the effective rate was also higher than that in the control group(91.94%vs.77.42%).The satisfaction rate of observation(91.93%)was higher than that of control group(79.03%).The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 308 nm excimer laser combined with filiform fire needle has more significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of eyelid vitiligo,without significantly increasing adverse reactions,and it is worthy of clinical application.
