摘要
【目的】将复合改性沥青应用到沥青混合料当中,改善沥青路面的路用性能,延长其使用年限,提高服务水平。【方法】对70#沥青、SBS改性沥青、15%WTR沥青、12%WTR+4%APAO沥青及15%WTR+4%APAO沥青的AC-13C沥青混合料进行配合比设计;对上述5种不同沥青的AC-13C沥青混合料分别进行高温抗车辙、低温抗裂性、抗水损害、常温回弹模量及抗疲劳性能试验。【结果】上述5种沥青混合料的最佳油石比分别为4.6%、5.0%、5.1%、5.1%和5.3%;15%WTR+4%APAO复合改性沥青混合料的高温、水稳定及抗疲劳性能最优,12%WTR+4%APAO复合改性沥青混合料的25℃抗变形能力最优,SBS改性沥青混合料的低温抗开裂性能最优。【结论】WTR/APAO复合改性沥青混合料具有良好的路用性能,适合高等级沥青路面的铺设。
[Purposes]The composite modified asphalt was applied to asphalt mixture to improve the road performance of asphalt pavement,prolong its service life and enhance its service level.[Methods]The mix proportion of AC-13C asphalt mixture of 70#asphalt,SBS modified asphalt,15%WTR asphalt,12%WTR+4%APAO asphalt and 15%WTR+4%APAO asphalt was designed.AC-13C asphalt mixtures of above five different asphalts were tested for high-temperature rutting resistance,low-temperature crack resistance,water damage resistance,normal-temperature resilience modulus and fatigue resistance.[Findings]The best oil-stone ratios of the five asphalt mixtures are 4.6%,5.0%,5.1%,5.1%and 5.3%,respectively.15%WTR+4%APAO composite modified asphalt mixture has the best performance of high-temperature,water stability and fatigue resistance,12%WTR+4%APAO composite modified asphalt mixture has the best 25℃deformation resistance,and SBS modified asphalt mixture has the best low-temperature cracking resistance.[Conclusions]WTR/APAO composite modified asphalt mixture has good road performance and is suitable for high-grade asphalt pavement.
