摘要
采用聚丙烯塑料板作为地下粮仓内衬防水层,该防水层的水压受力性能至关重要。设计了一个15 mm厚塑料板的内衬塑料防水试件,通过水压试验和有限元模拟分析研究了试件的受力机理、破坏形态以及在不同水压作用下试件的应变、挠度变化规律。结果表明:在水压作用下,塑料防水板两节点跨中位置产生较大应变,其值为10175με;四节点跨中位置挠度最大,其值为8.49 mm;当水压达到水压承载力0.18 MPa时,塑料防水板开始发生节点破坏,水压承载力受限于节点强度,可以通过增强节点强度来提高试件水压承载力,模拟结果与试验结果符合性较好,可为地下粮仓防水设计提供参考。
The lining plastic waterproof components using the polypropylene plastic as the waterproof layer was proposed.The mechanical performance of water pressure was important to the plastic-concrete waterproof system in underground granary structure.A lining waterproof specimen with a thickness of 15 mm plastic plate was designed.The failure mode,failure mechanism,internal force and deformation of the lining plastic waterproof components were analyzed through hydraulic test and finite element analysis.The results show that under water pressure,large stress is generated at the two-node mid-span of the waterproof board lining plastic member with a value of 10175με.The displacement at the mid-span position of the four nodes is the largest with a value of 8.49 mm.When the water pressure could reach the water pressure bearing capacity of 0.18 MPa,the first joint in the waterproof plate is damaged.The test and simulation results accord with the actual situation,providing a reference for the actual waterproof design of underground granary.
