摘要
目前聚丙烯塑料材料已经被大量运用到地下粮仓中。为了解决聚丙烯塑料角焊缝的轴心受力问题,本文引入钢结构中的角焊缝形式,并将其用于试验构件中。通过在万能试验机上对试件进行轴心拉拔试验,取得试件破坏时的破坏状态和破坏荷载值。通过试验可得出轴心受力破坏荷载与角焊缝长度存在的线性关系。
At present,polypropylene plastic material has been widely used in underground granaries.In order to solve the problem of axial force of polypropylene plastic fillet weld,this paper introduced the form of fillet weld in steel structure and applies it to test components.The failure state and failure load value of the specimen were obtained by axial drawing test on universal test machine.The linear relationship between the failure load under axial load and the length of fillet weld can be obtained by experiments.
