摘要
目的:本文基于APP的NICU远程探视系统研究,帮助新生儿家属实现远程探视孩子。方法:通过研究现有的探视方法,从新生儿父母探视需求、医院治疗管理和保护患儿隐私等角度出发,研究远程探视系统。从视频采集、网络系统和客户端三大模块设计基于APP的NICU远程探视系统,测试系统的远程探视功能。结果:通过测试,该系统连接网络后,能实现对暖箱中患儿的远程探视。画面清晰度较高,能听到孩子在暖箱中发出的声响,界面简单、易操作,可根据个人需要点击保存视频信息。结论:本文研究的远程探视系统为NICU患儿家属提供了较好的低成本、人性化探视孩子的方法,提高患儿家属对医院的满意度,减轻医护人员的工作量,帮助患儿早日康复,为NICU远程探视系统的建设、应用提供参考。
Objective:Research a more reasonable and feasible NICU remote visiting system based on APP to help family members achieve remote visiting children.Methods:By researching the existing visiting methods,considering the needs of newborn parents’ visiting,hospital treatment management,and protecting the privacy of patients,studies the remote visiting system.Design NICU remote visiting system based on APP from video capture,network system and client,and test the system’s remote access function.Results:After testing,the system can remotely visit the children in the incubator by connecting to the network.The picture has high definition and can hear the sound of children,and the interface is simple and easy to operate.Can save video information according to personal needs.Conclusion:The remote visiting system provides a better low-cost,humanized way to visit children for family members,and improves patient satisfaction with hospitals.Reduce the workload of medical staff and help patients recover quickly.Provide reference for the construction and application of NICU remote visiting system.
