摘要
针对南京军区南京总医院ICU重症示教系统,介绍了基于无线音视频数据打包传递技术的ICU重症示教系统的设计原理、软硬件架构、特点及功能。实际应用表明,ICU重症示教系统能高度结合重症临床特点及临床教学需求,实现了视音频信息采集、集成和通信,将ICU病房场景拓展至ICU外,延伸至重症示教教室或会议室内,为重症教学开辟了一种新的教学模式,对提高医院教学和管理水平具有重要的意义。
In view of the actual situation of the teaching system for ICU severe cases of Nanjing General Hospital, the paper introduces the design principles, software and hardware structure, features and functions of the teaching system based on the technology of wireless audio-visual data package transmission. The application results showed that the system highly combined the clinical characteristics of critical care medicine with the requirements of clinical teaching, thus realizing the collection, integration and communication of sound and video signals. The scene in ICU ward could be extended beyond ICU ward to the demonstration classroom or meeting rooms, which has created a new model of critical care teaching and has significance in improving the teaching and management of hospitals.
