摘要
随着大数据、人工智能、新零售经济的兴起,跨境电商、人工智能翻译等新业态迅速发展,而人才供给侧的高职英语专业和地方新的产业需求侧在结构、质量、水平上还未能充分契合,职业教育英语人才培养面临新的挑战。基于企业的调研和需求分析,发现应用英语专业产教融合的关键是作为供给侧能够培养和输出地方产业需求的人才,因此提出“外部合作、内部对接”的策略,促进地方高职院校应用英语专业产教融合和高职英语复合型技术技能人才的培养。
As the big data, AI and New retail booms, the new business models such as cross-border e-commerce and AI translation have developed at an ever-increasing speed. However, as the supplier of talents, applied English majors in higher vocational colleges can’t match the requirements of new industry in both structure and quality, so it faces new challenges. Based on the demand analysis of enterprises, it is found that the key in building up the integration between applied English majors with local companies industries lies in cultivating talents needed by local industries, therefore a strategy of “external cooperation and internal combination” has been suggested to promote the integration between industries and education of e-commerce major and cultivation of higher vocational English compound technical and skill talents in higher vocational colleges.
