摘要
新城疫病毒(NDV)为RNA病毒,突变频率高,已进化出21种基因型。NDV强毒株引起的新城疫(ND)对我国养禽业造成巨大威胁。疫苗株与流行株基因型的不匹配导致疫苗效果不佳,影响了ND的防控。NDV可感染多种家禽,在不同宿主中流行的NDV基因型不同。目前,缺乏对我国家禽中NDV流行基因型的系统分析,影响了针对不同家禽ND疫苗的研发。论文对我国家禽中2352株NDV分离株进行统计分析,根据NDV基因型分类标准,就分离于我国的NDV基因型作详细介绍,从而为不同家禽基因匹配型疫苗的研发提供借鉴。
Newcastle disease virus(NDV)is an RNA virus with high mutation frequency and has evolved at least 21 genotypes so far.Newcastle disease(ND),caused by virulent NDV,poses a great threat to the poultry industry in China.The genotype mismatch between the vaccine strain and the epidemic strain results in poor protection,which is not conducive to the prevention and control of ND in China.NDV can infect a variety of birds,but the NDV genotypes prevalent in various hosts are different.The lack of systematic analysis of NDV epidemic genotypes in different poultry has delayed the development of genotype matched vaccines.This review analyzed 2352 Chinese NDV strains,according to NDV new genotype classification,introduced different genotypes'NDV information to assist the development of genotype matched vaccines for ND prevention and control.
