摘要
目的建立HPLC-PDA法同时测定补肾强筋丸(山茱萸、续断、白芍等)中莫诺苷、马钱苷、芍药苷、阿魏酸、川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Waters Sun Fire C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温28℃;检测波长212 nm。结果5种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9997),平均加样回收率97.61%~99.92%,RSD 1.21%~1.59%。结论该方法简便可靠,重复性好,可用于补肾强筋丸的质量控制。
AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of morroniside,loganin,paeoniflorin,ferulic acid and asperosaponinⅥin Bushen Qiangjin Pills(Corni Fructus,Dipsaci Radix,Paeoniae Radix Alba,etc.).METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 28℃thermostatic Waters Sun Fire C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 212 nm.RESULTS Five constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9997),whose average recoveries were 97.61%-99.92%with the RSDs of 1.21%-1.59%.CONCLUSION This simple,reliable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Bushen Qiangjin Pills.
