有格室—后承压板式钢混结合段力学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 钢混结合段是混合梁桥关键构造之一,本研究对混合梁桥中常采用的有格室—后承压板结合段构造研究进行总结,并通过全截面缩尺模型和局部单格室足尺模型对典型桥梁钢混结合段的静力和疲劳性能进行分析.结果表明:1)承压板可将50%及以上轴向荷载直接传递给混凝土梁,在荷载传递过程中起重要作用;2)钢混结合段整体应力水平较低,具有足够的极限承载能力;3)结合段剪力键处于高应力状态,易出现疲劳问题;4)通过静力和疲劳模型试验可知,甬江大桥钢混结合段具有足够的静力承载能力和抗疲劳性能,若考虑超载等增大疲劳应力情况,靠近承压板端部剪力钉存在一定疲劳问题. Steel-concrete joint section is one of the key structures of hybrid girder bridges.In this paper,the research on rear bearing-plate steel-concrete joint section with cells commonly used in hybrid girder bridges is summarized,and the static and fatigue performance of steel-concrete joint section of typical bridges are studied by using the full-section scale model and the local single-cell full-scale model.The research shows that:1)The bearing plate can directly transfer at least 50% axial load to the concrete girder,which plays an important role in the load transfer process.2)The overall stress level of steel-concrete joint section is low and has enough ultimate bearing capacity.3)The shear connectors in the joint section are in a high stress state,which are prone to fatigue problems.4)Through the static and fatigue model tests,it can be seen that the steel-concrete joint section of the Yongjiang Bridge has sufficient static bearing capacity and sufficient anti-fatigue performance in the design period.If the fatigue stress amplitude increases while considering overload and other conditions,there is definitely a fatigue problem of the shear studs near the end of the bearing plate.
