摘要
三全育人,即全员、全程、全方位的育人。高职院校通过立足于“三全育人”这一先进的思想理念,探索高职大学生心理育人路径,可以更好地培养大学生的心理素质,助力其健康成长,因此,应深入剖析当前的高职教育形势,不断探索科学、有效的心理育人工作路径,以构建出三全育人的大学生心理育人格局,增强高职院校的人才培养能力,促进高职教育工作水平的持续提升。
Three complete education,that is,all staff,the whole process,all-round education.Based on the advanced idea of“three complete education”,higher vocational colleges explore their students psychological education path,so as to better cultivate the psychological quality of college students and help its healthy growth.Therefore,we should further analyze the current situation of higher vocational education,constantly explore scientific,effective psychological education path,to build the psychological education pattern,enhance the talent training ability of higher vocational colleges,promote the level of higher vocational education work.
