摘要
在新时代背景下,高职院校需要强化学生党建工作、思想政治教育等方面的工作,从而贯彻落实立德树人这一育人根本任务。“三全育人”背景下,构建高职院校学生党员教育培养导师制,把学生、教师、学校、企业融为一体,各方面深度紧密联系、优势互补,把育人工作贯穿学生党员教育培养全过程,有助于构建全面性立体化的育人体系,有效提高学生党员教育培养的内涵和质量,培养有理想、有本领、有担当的时代新人。
In the new era,all-round ideological and political education needs to be carried out during the whole education process,with all teaching staff involved,which is called“San Quan Education”.Under this background,higher vocational colleges need to strengthen the work of the Party building and carry out ideological and political education for students,so as to achieve the objective of morality education and talents training.A tutor system can be established to join students,teachers,the school and enterprises together to contribute to the education of student Party members,which will be helpful in improving the quality of student Party members education and talents training.
