摘要
新媒体时代已然成为高等教育改革创新的重要机遇,大学生思政工作的内涵式变革与实践创新均对辅导员职业能力提出诸多新挑战。明确辅导员职业能力概念,分析新媒体时代下高校辅导员职业能力提升的挑战,积极探究解决策略,有助于提升辅导员人格魅力、学习研究能力以及教育引导能力等职业能力。
The era of new media has become an important opportunity for higher education reform and innovation.The connotative changes and practical innovations of college students’ideological and political work pose many new challenges to the professional ability of counselors.Clarifying the concept of counselors’professional competence,analyzing the challenges of improving college counselors’professional competence in the new media era,and actively exploring solutions will help strengthen counselors’personal charm,learning and research capabilities,and education and guidance capabilities.
