摘要
目的为衡量机动卫勤分队基地化训练对医院野战医疗分队卫勤保障能力的提升效果,总结医疗队在此次基地化训练过程中出现的问题与不足,并对基地化训练的展开实施与体系建设提出相关意见建议。方法通过结合医院野战医疗队跨区参加基地化训练的任务经历,从前期筹备、实施流程、具体做法和实践体会,系统论述了跨区基地化训练对于医院野战医疗队提升卫勤保障能力的关键性与必要性。结果机动卫勤分队跨区基地化训练逐步实施,有助于促进野战医疗队卫勤保障水平的提高,推动野战医疗队训练向实战化的目标方向迈进,但因起步较晚,仍有部分问题亟待解决。结论进行野战医疗队基地化训练是我军今后卫勤训练发展的趋势和方向,是提高我军卫勤保障水平,提升实战化练兵、演训能力建设的重要途径。
Objective To explore the improvement effect of mobile medical team’s base training on medical support capability of hospital field medical team, summarize the problems and shortcomings of medical team in the process of base training, and put forward relevant suggestions for the implementation and system construction of base training. Methods Based on the mission experience of the hospital field medical team participating in the cross-regional base training, this paper systematically discussed the key and necessity of cross-regional base training for the hospital field medical team to improve the medical support capability from the specific practices and practical experience of the preliminary preparation and implementation process. Results The gradual implementation of the cross-regional base training of mobile medical teams was helpful to improve the medical support level of field medical teams and push forward the training of field medical teams towards actual combat. However, due to the late start, there were still some problems to be solved. Conclusion Base training of field medical teams is the trend and direction of medical support training in the future, and is the key link to improve the level of medical support and the construction of actual combat training ability.
