摘要
针对前置固溶处理(固溶处理在锻坯预热前)能明显减小6082铝合金锻件表层粗晶的情况,研究固溶铝合金高温流动行为及热成形工艺窗口。对6082铝合金先进行固溶处理再进行热压缩实验,建立了固溶态6082铝合金双曲正弦型流动本构方程,并考虑了应变对流动应力的影响。基于热加工图理论分析不同加工参数时的功率耗散率、微观失稳以及动态再结晶行为。结果表明,合适的变形温度为450〜470℃、应变速率为0.3-1s^(-1)。在此条件下变形的6082铝合金晶粒尺寸均匀细小,晶内位错密度低,发生了较大程度的动态再结晶,有利于热成形。
In view of the fact that the pre-solution treatment(solution treatment before preheating of forging billet)can obviously reduce the coarse crystal on the surface of 6082 aluminum alloy forgings,the high temperature flow behavior and thermal forming process window of the alloy in solid solution state were studied.The 6082 aluminum alloy was first treated by solid solution and then subjected to thermal compression experiments.The constitutive equation of hyperbolic sinusoidal flow of solid solution 6082 aluminum alloy was established.And the effect of strain on flow stress was considered.The power dissipation rate,micro instability and dynamic recrystallization behavior of different processing parameters were analyzed based on the theory of hot processing map.The results show that the suitable deformation temperature is 450-470℃and the strain rate is 0.3-1 s^(-1).Under this condition,the grain size of deformed 6082 aluminum alloy is uniform and fine,and the dislocation density in the crystal is low.A large degree of dynamic recrystallization occurs,which is conducive to hot forming.
