摘要
化疗后骨髓抑制,是化疗最常见的毒副反应之一。庄礼兴教授认为化疗后骨髓抑制的病机多为气血亏虚、脾肾不足,提出以直接灸法升提阳气,并配合具有补肾气、升脾阳、调血补血作用的四花穴治疗,强调扶阳固本兼顾脾肾之气,阴阳气血同调,可有效减轻化疗所致的骨髓抑制。
Bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy is one of the most common side effects of chemotherapy.Professor ZHUANG Li-xin believes that the pathogenesis of post-chemotherapy bone marrow suppression is due to the deficiency of qi and blood combined with insufficiency of spleen and kidney.The treatment of postchemotherapy bone marrow suppression can be achieved by direct moxibustion for lifting yang qi,and by moxibustion on Sihua point for tonifying the kidney qi,lifting spleen yang,regulating blood and nourishing blood.The therapies of supporting yang and consolidating the constitution with strengthening spleen and kidney qi,and simultaneous regulation of yin,yang,qi and blood can effectively relieve the bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy.
