摘要
目的:探讨用柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合揿针疗法治疗心脏神经官能症的效果。方法:选择2019年10月至2021年3月在武汉市中医医院针灸科门诊就诊的78例心脏神经官能症患者作为试验对象。随机将其分为对照组和联合组,每组各有患者39例。用柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减对对照组患者进行治疗,用柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合揿针疗法对联合组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的疗效、临床症状积分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)的评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)的评分。结果:治疗后,联合组患者的临床症状积分、HAMA评分和PSQI评分均低于对照组患者,其治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合揿针疗法治疗心脏神经官能症的效果显著,能有效减轻患者的临床症状,缓解其焦虑情绪,改善其睡眠质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of chaihu Longgu Oyster decoction combined with screw acupuncture in the treatment of cardiac neurosis.Methods:A total of 78 patients with cardiac neurosis who visited the outpatient department of Acupuncture and Moxibution in Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to March 2021 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and combined group,with 39 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Bupleurum longbone Oyster decoction plus or minus,and patients in the combined group were treated with bupleurum longbone Oyster decoction plus or minus combined with screw acupuncture,and then the efficacy,clinical symptom score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale(PSQI)score of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom score,HAMA score and PSQI score of patients in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of cardiac neurosis with Chaihu longbone oyster decoction combined with screw acupuncture has a significant effect,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,relieve their anxiety and improve their sleep quality.
