摘要
目的分析心脏神经官能症病患开展氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片以及甘麦大枣汤治疗的作用。方法选择河南省新郑华信民生医院收治的72例心脏神经官能症病患为研究主体,2019年5月研究开始,并于2021年6月完成。依据随机抽签法将所有病患划分成常规组(36例)及的试验组(36例),予以常规组病患氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,予以试验组病患氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片以及甘麦大枣汤治疗。对比每组病患治疗效果;用药前以及用药后抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分、症候积分;不良反应出现率。结果试验组病患治疗有效率(94.44%)高于常规组(77.78%)(P<0.05)。用药后试验组病患SDS得分以及SAS得分均低于常规组,并且同组组内用药后SDS得分以及SAS得分均低于用药前(P<0.05)。用药后试验组病患焦虑、失眠、气短、胸痛、胸闷以及心悸积分均低于常规组,并且同组组内用药后焦虑、失眠、气短、胸痛、胸闷以及心悸积分均低于用药前(P<0.05)。试验组病患不良反应出现率(8.33%)低于常规组(5.56%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心脏神经官能症病患开展氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片以及甘麦大枣汤治疗,能够有效改善其焦虑、抑郁情绪,缓解临床症状,提升治疗效果,并且联合治疗不会显著增加不良反应,可满足临床对治疗安全性以及有效性的需求。
Objective To analyze the treatment of Ganmaidazao soup combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets in patients with cardiac neurosis.Methods A total of 72 patients with cardiac neurosis admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were divided into the conventional group(36 cases)and the experimental group(36 cases)by the random lottery method.Patients were treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the conventional group,and others treated with Ganmaidazao soup combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the experimental group.The treatment effects of each group,Self-rating depressive scale(SDS)scores,Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores,syndrome points and occurrence rate of adverse reactions are compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group(94.44%)was significally higher than that in the conventional group(77.78%)(P<0.05).The SDS and SAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the SDS and SAS scores in the same group were lower than those before the medication(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the scores of anxiety,insomnia,shortness of breath,chest pain,chest tightness and palpitations were lower than those of the conventional group,and the scores of anxiety,insomnia,shortness of breath,chest pain,chest tightness and palpitations in the same group were lower than those before medication(P<0.05).The total occurrence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group(8.33%)was lower than that in the conventional group(5.56%)(P>0.05),but there was no statistical difference.Conclusion The treatment of Ganmaidazao soup combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets in cardiac neurosis patients can effectively relieve their anxiety and depression,ameliorate clinical symptoms and improve the treatment effect.The combined treatment will not significantly increase the adverse reactions,and can meet the clinical needs for safety and effectiveness of treatment.
