雷珠单抗和康柏西普玻璃体腔注射治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞引起的黄斑水肿患者的有效性 被引量:6

Effectivity Analysis of Laizumab and Compaccipril Intravitreal Injection in the Treatment of Macular Edema Caused by Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion

摘要 目的探讨雷珠单抗和康柏西普玻璃体腔注射治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)引起的黄斑水肿的有效性。方法选取2017年12月至2019年12月常熟市第一人民医院收治的132例BRVO所引发的黄斑水肿患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组,各66例。对患者开展眼底血管荧光造影(FFA)、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)以及光学相干断层成像(OCT)检查分析。对照组患者应用雷珠单抗玻璃体腔注射治疗,观察组应用康柏西普玻璃体腔注射治疗,比较两组的治疗结果。结果与对照组比较,观察组注射次数更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与干预前比较,两组患者干预后1、3、6及12个月黄斑中心凹厚度(CMT)下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各随访时间点组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后1、3、6及12个月,两组BCVA与干预前比较升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各随访时间点组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组以及观察组分别有2例患者出现球结膜下出血情况,未经特别处理,遂即好转。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对BRVO引起的黄斑水肿患者,应用雷珠单抗或康柏西普玻璃体腔注射治疗均能取得满意效果。与雷珠单抗比较,应用康柏西普治疗能减少注射次数。 Objective To analyze the efficacy of leizumab and compaccipril intravitreal injection in the treatment of macular edema caused by branch retinal vein occlusion. Methods A total of 132 patients with macular edema caused by branch retinal vein occlusion admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Changshu City, Jiangsu Province from December 16, 2017 to December 16,2019 were selected as the study objects. According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group(n=66) and observation group(n=66). FFA, BCVA and OCT were performed on the patients, and the results were analyzed. The control group was treated with regizumab intravitreal injection, and the observation group was treated with compaccipril intravitreal injection. The results were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the number of injection in the observation group wowas less, and the data between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the CMT of2 groups at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after treatment decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistical significance between the 2 groups at each follow-up time point(P>0.05). BCVA at the 1 st, 3 rd, 6 th and 12 th month after intervention was improved compared with that before intervention, with statistical significance between groups(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the comparison between groups at each follow-up time point(P>0.05). There were 2 cases of subconjunctival hemorrhage in the control group and the observation group, which improved immediately without special treatment.There was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR between the 2 groups(P>0.05). Conclusion For patients with macular edema caused by branch retinal vein occlusion, intravitreal injection of leizumab or compaccipril can achieve satisfactory results. The use of compaccipril in the treatment of disease reduces the total number of injections compared to the use of leizumab.
